Not far from Goldenhill Park Condominium, Amaranda Gardens also reached a new high of $2,133 psf with the sale of a 1,163 sq ft three-bedroom unit for $2.48 million. The seller bought the unit earlier this year for $1.72 million, making a profit of $760,000. No new psf-price lows were recorded during the period in review.
