Accor Partners Fragrance Group And Global Premium Hotels Open Three New Singapore Properties
Accor, a leading global player in the hospitality industry, has recently announced an agreement with Fragrance Group and Global Premium Hotels to develop two new properties that will house three hotels. These hotels are expected to be open by 2027.
One of the new properties, located at Hoe Chiang Road, will be home to the largest Mövenpick hotel in the Asia Pacific region, with 808 rooms. It will also feature Mövenpick Living Singapore, a 37-room accommodation aimed at long-stay travelers.
The other property, situated at Waterloo Street, will house a new hotel under the Handwritten Collection Brand. This 502-room hotel will be the second Handwritten Collection property in Singapore, following the launch of Hotel Faber Park Singapore – Handwritten Collection in late 2023.

The three new hotel signings are the latest addition to Accor’s longstanding partnership with Fragrance Group and Global Premium Hotels, both owned by Koh Wee Meng, chairman of Fragrance Group. At present, the partnership has a portfolio of 17 hotels in Singapore, five in Australia, and three in the UK. These properties are operated under various well-known brands such as MGallery, Mövenpick, Novotel, Mercure, Handwritten Collection, ibis Styles, and ibis Budget.
