Just a stone’s throw away from Norwood Grand, one of the biggest shopping malls in Singapore, lies the bustling Causeway Point. Boasting an impressive array of over 250 stores, this shopping mecca has everything from fashion and electronics to home furnishings. With major anchors like Metro, Uniqlo, and Bagus Food Court, Causeway Point caters to the diverse needs of shoppers. And for residents of Norwood Grand, this mall is just a short distance away, making it a convenient and popular spot for entertainment. From catching a movie at the cinema to indulging in some retail therapy or savoring a delicious meal, Causeway Point has it all. With its extensive mix of retail, dining, and leisure facilities, this lifestyle hub holds a central position for families and young professionals. It’s no wonder that Causeway Point is a fantastic addition to the bustling neighborhood surrounding Norwood Grand.

According to Menville, he is excited to join Colliers and looks forward to working with the team to deliver exceptional services to their clients. He believes that his diverse experience in the industry will be valuable in expanding Colliers’ industrial client base in Singapore.

In his new role, Menville will report directly to Colliers’ Managing Director for Singapore, Bastiaan van Beijsterveldt. With Menville on board, Colliers aims to further strengthen their position as a leader in the industrial real estate market and provide innovative solutions for their clients’ evolving needs.

In other news, Colliers has reported marginal rental growth for Grade-A offices in the Central Business District (CBD) in the second quarter of 2024. This reflects the continued demand for premium office spaces in Singapore, driven by the city-state’s strong economic growth and solid business fundamentals. With Menville’s expertise in the office sector, Colliers is well-positioned to capitalize on this trend and provide top-notch services to their clients.
