Christie%E2%80%99S International Real Estate Returns Singapore
Christie’s International Real Estate, the global agency for luxury real estate, has officially launched its office in Singapore on August 22. This marks the second time the brand has established a presence in the country, with its first office opening in 2017 under the former SQFT Nexus led by Dave Loo, a Singaporean owner and managing director. However, this office was closed in early 2019.
Under new ownership and management, Christie’s International Real Estate Singapore will now be led by Harmeet Singh Bedi as managing director and Dipika Bedi as director, both based in Singapore. Harmeet Singh Bedi brings with him over 30 years of expertise in banking and real estate investment management, having previously held the position of CEO at Singapore-based Prime US REIT Management. Dipika Bedi, on the other hand, has over 20 years of experience in advertising, marketing, art sales, and event management.
The team will be joined by Himmat Singh, who will serve as joint managing director, and Rohini Singh, who will be the director. Both of them are long-time owners of Christie’s International Real Estate’s affiliate in India, and have more than 25 years of experience in the luxury real estate market.
Located in the CBD, the newly refurbished historic shophouse on China Street will be the base of operations for the firm, which will specialize in residential brokerage services with a focus on the luxury real estate market in Singapore. Additionally, the company will assist both individual and institutional capital in Singapore with global real estate investment opportunities through its international network spanning nearly 50 countries and territories.
