GuocoLand’s Martin Modern cliches Silver at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award

This is the fifth time GuocoLand has received an award at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award. They were previously recognized for Guoco Tower in 2022, 2021, and 2020, as well as Leedon Residence in 2018.
Martin Modern, designed by ipli Architects and ADDP Architects, was praised for its lush botanic garden setting and rugged aesthetic inspired by the nearby riverside oasis. The project covers 80% of the land with landscaping and amenities, showcasing GuocoLand’s signature design features, such as a grand lawn and ample recreation and entertainment spaces.
The project has also received several other prestigious real estate and design awards. It was named Top Development, Residential (Completed) at the 6th EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards 2022, Luxury Residential Development of the Year, Singapore, at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2021, and Best Residential Development Singapore at the International Property Awards 2020.
In addition, Martin Modern won four major awards in the uncompleted developments category at the Second EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Award in 2018, including Top Development Excellence, Design Excellence, Landscape Excellence, and Innovation Excellence.
