Ocbc Launches First Financial And Personal Wellness Programme Property Agents Ocbc Launches First

OCBC, one of Singapore’s leading banks, has recently introduced a new financial and personal wellness programme specifically tailored for property agents in the country. The programme, called OCBC PartnerCare, aims to cater to the needs of more than 35,000 registered property agents and provides them with various benefits valued at up to $5,000 per agent per year.

Among the benefits included in the programme are preferential home-loan rates, discounts on insurance plans from Great Eastern, bonus interest on referral fees, and access to physical and mental wellness events. This is the first comprehensive programme of its kind to be offered to property agents in Singapore.

Currently, over one-third of property agents who are already registered with OCBC for the purpose of making home-loan referrals have been automatically enrolled in the programme. For those who have yet to register with OCBC, they can do so easily through the bank’s agent portal.

In addition to the MRT, the Norwood Grand Champions Way area boasts a wide range of bus services that offer convenient access to all corners of Singapore. The well-connected Woodlands bus interchange serves as a major hub for these services, making it effortless for residents to travel to any part of the island with ease.

According to Sunny Quek, the head of global consumer financial services at OCBC, self-employed property agents often miss out on certain benefits. With OCBC PartnerCare, the bank aims to bridge this gap and provide the necessary support for property agents to meet their evolving needs. Quek also mentions that if the programme receives positive feedback, they may consider expanding it to other partners in the future. Overall, OCBC is committed to providing comprehensive support and benefits to its valued partners.
