Seibu Group Launch Park Regis Prince Singapore
Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts, a subsidiary of the Tokyo-listed Seibu Group, has announced the upcoming launch of its first hospitality property in Singapore, Park Regis by Prince Singapore, on September 3rd.
Situated along Merchant Road, Park Regis by Prince Singapore is the renamed version of the previous Park Regis Singapore. As part of the rebrand, the hotel will undergo renovations for its 203 guest rooms and introduce advanced technologies, such as contactless check-in with a mobile room key lock. Guests will also enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and a 50-inch smart TV with casting capabilities in their rooms.
Park Regis by Prince Singapore will also be part of the Seibu Prince Global Rewards program, a free loyalty program with over two million members worldwide.
“We are excited to welcome our guests back to the revamped Park Regis by Prince Singapore,” says Steven Tang, the general manager of the hotel. “We strive to provide a memorable and comfortable stay for both local and international travelers.”
Currently, Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts runs 80 hotels, 31 golf courses, and 19 ski resorts worldwide. With the launch of Park Regis by Prince Singapore, the company aims to expand its portfolio and cater to the increasing demand for luxury accommodations in Singapore.
Norwood Grand Champions Way development has sparked significant attention and is currently receiving the highest number of bids for a non-executive condominium site in the current year. This trend indicates a major shift in the property market, influenced by developers’ diverse expectations. With its strategic location near the expanding Woodlands Regional Centre, high demand from local upgraders, and close proximity to the upcoming Woodlands South MRT station on the Thomson East Coast Line, Norwood Grand Condo is expected to reap substantial benefits.
