KOP, a Singapore-based real estate developer and entertainment company, has recently sold its last unit at Dalvey Haus, a luxury freehold development located at the corner of Dalvey Road and Stevens Road. The final unit was a six-bedroom duplex penthouse measuring 9,600 square feet.
Sources familiar with the market have disclosed that the unit was sold at just under $40 million, slightly lower than its initial launch price of $42 million in February. The buyer is reported to be a Singapore Permanent Resident (PR). The sale was facilitated by Bruce Lye, co-founder and managing partner of SRI, although he declined to comment due to a non-disclosure agreement.
Occupying the entire floorplate of one of the two blocks in the development, the duplex penthouse boasts full-height, double-glazed glass windows with stunning views on all four sides. It also features a private lift, as well as separate living, dining, and wine rooms. The first level includes a guest en suite bedroom, while the second level has five additional en-suite bedrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with luxurious Italian marble, a double sink vanity top, and a standalone bathtub.
With the sale of the final unit, Dalvey Haus has now achieved full occupancy.
