Zacd Group Announces New Appointments

ZACD Group, a real estate company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, has announced key changes to its leadership team. These appointments include Francis Tan Puay Khiang as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Executive Director, Kim Jeong Jin as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Han Xiangfeng as an Executive Director. These changes took place on June 6.
With over 14 years of experience in the real estate industry, Francis Tan brings a wealth of expertise to his new position as COO. He has been with ZACD for the past five years, starting as a director in the family office of ZACD Investments. Tan also co-founded real estate consultancy SLP Scotia in 2013 and served as its CEO in 2019. He later became the CEO of SLP International Property Consultants in the following year. Additionally, Tan is an accredited Key Executive Officer on the Executive Council of the Singapore Estate Agent Association.
Meanwhile, Kim takes on the role of CFO and will be responsible for overseeing the financial and accounting functions of the company. He has a background as a senior analyst at National Australia Bank.
Han brings more than 20 years of experience in various real estate segments, including investment, fund management, consultancy, and research. He joined ZACD in 2016 as a Director of Real Estate Investment and was quickly promoted to Executive Director in 2018. In this role, he has been in charge of leading the group’s investment management division.
